Terms and Conditions - Valentine’s Day Collection

Thank you for choosing Fleur and Bloom for your Valentine’s Day floral arrangements. By purchasing from our Valentine’s Day Collection, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Delivery and Collection

  • Collection: Bouquets are available for collection from our home studio in Talbot Green on February 13th and 14th.

  • Delivery: Delivery is available only to CF72, CF15, CF38, and CF39 postcodes. We offer free delivery to CF72 and CF38, and a £5 delivery fee applies to CF15 and CF39.

  • Delivery Notes: At checkout, please select either Collection or Delivery. If you choose delivery, ensure that the following information is provided in the notes section:

    • Preferred delivery day (February 13th or 14th)

    • Recipient’s name

    • Full delivery address

    • A gift message for the card

By placing your order, you consent to be contacted via text to confirm and arrange a convenient delivery or collection time slot for your chosen day.

2. Delivery Process

In the event that the recipient is unavailable, we will attempt to leave the flowers under cover or with a neighbour. Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to offer redelivery, so please ensure someone is available to receive the flowers.

3. Product Variations

Please note that the images on the website are previous examples for illustrative purposes only. The exact flowers for The Fleur Signature, filler and wrapping may vary slightly based on availability and seasonal selections. However, rest assured, the arrangements will still feature beautiful red and pink blooms and will be carefully curated to create a stunning bouquet.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are clearly displayed at checkout. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods as outlined during the checkout process.

5. Order Confirmation and Cancellations

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Due to the nature of our bespoke floral arrangements, cancellations or changes to orders cannot be made once your order has been confirmed.

6. Liability

Fleur and Bloom is not liable for any delays in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, traffic disruptions, or issues beyond our control.
