Terms and Conditions for Christmas Wreath Making Class
Materials Provided
All materials required for the Christmas Wreath Making Workshop will be provided by Fleur & Bloom Floristry. While we guarantee that all materials will be festive and suitable for creating a beautiful wreath, we do not specify or guarantee the exact types of materials that will be available.Booking and Payment
You can either pay in full for the workshop at the time of booking or instead pay a £25 deposit. If you choose to pay a £25 deposit at the time of booking. the remaining balance will be due 3 weeks before the workshop. Fleur and Bloom Floristry will be in contact on this date with the remaining payment details and you consent to be contacted either by email of text message. If the remaining payment is not paid within 72 hours from the point of contact, Fleur and Bloom Floristry reserve the right to withdraw your place from the workshop. All payments are non-refundable, except in the circumstances outlined below.Minimum Attendance Requirement
A minimum number of participants is required for each workshop to go ahead. If the workshop does not reach the required number of attendees, Fleur & Bloom Floristry reserves the right to offer an alternative date or to cancel the workshop entirely. In the event of cancellation by us, a full refund will be provided, or an alternative date offered.Cancellations by Participants
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the event, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations however, you may transfer your booking to another session depending on availability and with prior notice.Liability
Fleur & Bloom Floristry is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the workshop. Participants are advised to take care and follow safety instructions provided during the workshop. Please note that this workshop is suitable for participants aged 16 years and over.Photography and Media
By attending the workshop, you agree to allow Fleur & Bloom Floristry to take photographs and videos during the workshop, which may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify us at the beginning of the workshop.Force Majeure
In the event that the workshop cannot be held due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions, Fleur & Bloom Floristry will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
By booking a spot in the Christmas Wreath Making Workshop, you agree to these terms and conditions. We look forward to celebrating the festive season with you!
