Terms and Conditions for Mother’s Day Bouquet Collections and Deliveries
Materials and Bouquet Content
All bouquets are designed and arranged by Fleur & Bloom Floristry using seasonal Spring florals in soft pastel tones. While we guarantee the use of high-quality, fresh flowers, the exact types and varieties may vary depending on availability. The images displayed on our website are examples of previous bouquets and styles, and may not reflect the exact bouquet you receive. Rest assured, the overall aesthetic will match the description.
Booking and Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking. All payments are non-refundable. Due to the pre-order nature of the bouquets and limited availability, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they have been confirmed.
Delivery Options
Bouquet deliveries will be available on Friday, 28th March, Saturday, 29th March, and Sunday, 30th March. You must specify your preferred delivery date at checkout. Fleur & Bloom Floristry will do its best to deliver within your approximate time slot, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
Please ensure the delivery address is correct at checkout. Any incorrect information may result in a delay or failure to deliver your bouquet.
Delivery Policy
We will make one delivery attempt on your chosen date. If no one is available to receive the bouquet, we will attempt to leave the bouquet with a neighbour or on the doorstep (weather permitting). If we are unable to do either, the bouquet will be returned to our home studio, and you will need to arrange a new collection time directly with us.
By placing an order, you consent to being contacted via text for delivery updates, including notifications about any issues with your delivery.
Collection Option
You can opt to collect your bouquet from Talbot Green on Friday, 28th March or Saturday, 29th March. Please select your preferred collection date at checkout.
Gift Messages
If you’d like to include a gift message with your bouquet, please ensure you provide the recipient's name and message at checkout. Fleur & Bloom Floristry is not responsible for any incorrect or missing details.
Force Majeure
In the event that bouquets cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond our control—such as severe weather, transport disruptions, or government restrictions—Fleur & Bloom Floristry cannot be held liable but will do our best to reschedule deliveries.
Agreement
By placing an order for a Mother’s Day bouquet, you agree to these terms and conditions. We look forward to helping you celebrate the special day!
